With spring break last week, our group still chugged along with analyzing research. We met with Drew the week before spring break and had a very enlightening meeting. While we met to discuss branding and a cohesive look for the our clients company, we started running into some issues. Ultimately, with Drew's help, we decided to scrap that idea due to it being too much work for our project and not enough time. I am very thankful for meetings like this because Drew helped us see we were about to bite off more than we could chew in the allotted time.
Even without this line of recommendations, we still have plenty to work on and will have a solid final product for our client. This next week we are working on finishing up loose ends and cracking down on the final steps.
Drew mentioned in last weeks class that we should be using all of the resources you can. When he mentioned that we shouldn't feel embarrassed asking for help it was like something inside me said "see... you're doing it wrong". I grew up somehow thinking you were weak if you asked for help and that it meant you failed. Enlisting Drew as a resource and teammate has been a tremendous help to our group.
