Let's Wrap This Up

With April just around the corner and our last in-person class meeting scheduled for next week, it is about time to wrap this up. Team Hubert has progressed well recently. As of this evening, the final paper has been pulled together and we're in the rounds of critiquing the draft. Tomorrow, we have a meeting as a team to decide on presentation content, and from here on it, it is a focus on the final presentation.

It is a huge relief to have the presentation date and time set, but I think it has been more important that we have had the date all along. The ever-looming deadline of April 16 at 4pm has hung over us since the charter was finalized. It has been the date that has made decisions, pushed movement ahead quicker, and served as a motivation for finishing out the project on a strong note.

As we prepare our portions for Hubert, I have been reflecting on the work we've done and the recommendations we will be making. Now is the time for the company to be bold and re-align itself to better serve its market. Perhaps the bigger question is what will happen once the recommendations are made. Pouring our heart, soul, sweat, and time in to this project as a consultant still leaves Team Hubert powerless in the actual execution phase. I am excited and anxious to receive feedback and see where Hubert as a company goes here on out!
