Feeling the crunch!

 

Catching up on work- realized I forgot o post on Monday!

 

As I said in my title, I am feeling the crunch! Between my personal life, the all star games, blast class, the mounding assignments from other classes, work and of course capstone, I’m feeling the grind and have had very little free time.

 

This week marked a milestone in regards to presenting work to the client- we presented a lot of work/ recommendations. It was a challenge for me to present some of the work to them because it was very different than what I think they expected, but the team did a good job at presenting our validations behind out recommendations. I was a little disappointed that our price strategy fell a little short in comparison to the product strategy, but our team is working towards correcting that. Another challenge that has been presented before us is our client asking us to do more work than we have in our charter. WE have agreed to some of it, but it was difficult to tell them we could only contribute the work if it was something we were already doing or if it was info we could extract from the past group.

 

The next few weeks are going to be rough, but I think the team can do it, and I’m excited to see what our final outcome is !
