The past week was probably the most relaxed week Erin and I have had so far. At this point in our project we feel comfortable with where we are at in terms of workload (realizing that we spend at least some time every single day working on Capstone and at least 3 hours together on the weekends). Despite still having slow responses from our client on materials and information needed, we continue to move forward on other elements along the way so that nothing comes to a standstill.
As discussed in class last week, our biggest fear at the moment is not giving each of the 3 aspects to our project (residential, commercial, and outsourcing) enough attention. This is mostly due to the fact that we've been unable to acquire hardly any information from GCWW on the Outsourcing aspect of their business. While this hurts us in not having data or interviews with this pillar, much of our recommendations for this area have been/will be based off of our own assumptions. The next few weeks will be tough for our team with me traveling for work almost every week in March, both Erin and myself traveling on the weekends, and Erin's upcoming wedding! Luckily we thought through this ahead of time which is why we are still calm (for now) with the workload.
