Research Research Research

This past week, Scott and I started conducting research for our client. We were able to intercept patients at The HealthCare Connection while they were in the waiting room or after they had seen the doctor and were on their way out. It proved challenging to get people not only to participate but to give us valuable insights. Some people were more willing to share their experiences while others didn't want anything to do with us. We often were forced to go 'off-script' to try to gather as much information as possible. Despite some adversity, we were able to gather a good pool of respondents and consistent data. Upon first glance, Scott and I are confident that we have enough data to move forward with our project.

This week, our goal is to continue to examine our data, and to start on our communication strategy for the client. We still have a lot of other work ahead of us, so we are anxious to start seeing everything come together!
