After meeting with Drew a couple weeks ago, we felt a whole lot better about the scope of our project. We ended up sending an email to our client about moving one of the three pillars of our Capstone to a new Capstone group this summer who will be able to solely focus on current and new revenue streams for GCWW in the areas of outsourced billing and analytical services. With the remaining pieces of our project (residential and commercial) we have since combined many of our efforts into one overall "branding" instead of separate project entities. This in itself has really refocused the project for us and has provided a lot of clarity moving forward. As we start to wrap things up, we are pulling together creative materials and deliverables which is definitely the fun part (for me at least!) We will continue to support our creative and branding deliverables with findings from our survey which we just closed up as well.
