Another phone conference we had with our client was on Tuesday, we explained our newest progress to our client during the call. The downside of this meeting for us is that we found our opinions were divided on many prospectives of this project, Patty from AACSRE seems not agree with some suggestions with us, which we think it is correct from our research. But in the end of that meeting, it seems we finally reached to an agreement which would still enable us to get the deliverable we promised in the charter one.
Then we made a brand strategy road map for AACSRE upon their request, but Patty had a really different opinion on the road map which satisfied ourself a lot. This situation was frustrated us a lot since the road map we made is based on the whole understanding we had for this project. Their disagreement kind of denied many efforts we made, we'll have to rethink the directions in many aspects of our project now.
I am glad after the communication between our client and Mariah, we finally reached to some agreements. So for now, we divided the work to each team member and hoping we can finish this as soon as possible. Then if they have any problem with what we did, we would still have time to make some changes.
What concerns me for now is that we reached agreements with our clients before too, but it seems they would still not like what we did in the end. So I am thinking would this time be different? Did we get their point of this project? Or do they even know what they want?
