Getting better.

With the few weeks of confusing and little progress we made, we finally got our second project review. This meeting was extremely helpful and I would describe it as our turning point of this project. This meeting gave me a very clear perspective of what we should be doing from now on.

After the project review, the group has a meeting and decided our first step for now is to finish our interview with people who knows the industry, also start the social media plan. All the qualitative interviews went pretty well, we got many good insights from these people. But the shortage of these interview is that most of them we interviewed with are from Academical area, which is only one buckets of our organizations' target. Our organization asked for a comprehensive marketing plan from us, so I am a little bit worried about this. Our insights are mostly from one group of people, would it be bias? 

For the social media plan, I am in charge of the website. What I am trying to do is not only gave an description of the suggestion, I am trying to taught myself using photoshop, so I can offer a photograph to our client. However, I had no experience with photoshop before, especially making a website would be much harder, I am still struggling on this now. 

Overall, I am very confident with our project now. From the project review, we set up phase 1,2,3, it enables me to know where our project is going now!!! So I am no longer worried!
