Concise and thorough communication

Communication is critical in the success of our project. Even more so since our timeline has shrunk about 25%. Thankfully, our client is very responsive and communicative. Providing thorough communication has been critical for us to pass on concepts and methodologies, and to have those fully understood. We are getting alignment on our project through the use of thorough and timely communication.
