Advice

I believe when giving advice you should never give to much. You should give the guidelines but then it is up to the individual on what they want to make of the information because in reality as a parent/teacher/coach/mentor you can tell people a million different things but it all comes down to that other person's attitude on what they want to make of the situation. So for me that's my advice. You can either decided your going to kick ass on this project or not. Believe in yourself that you are going to get it done and stick to your guidelines.
