Progress

This week was crucial for my capstone project. I am starting to progress and now have a clear path to take to fulfill my client’s needs. My charter has been finalized, so from there I can begin to build out my project. I have been working on a current big picture analysis and a closed world from which I can innovate based on my client’s offerings.

I have chosen to create a dream catalogue around corn farming because it plays an important role in the United States economy. Corn reacts dramatically to water, nutrients, and radiation, so my thought is that implementing digital farming techniques in this area could greatly impact the industry and the 96,000,000 acres of land in the United States that are dedicated to corn production.

This coming week, I have an innovation session scheduled and will be having my first call with the client since the project began. I am hopeful this week will lead me to continued progress and a successful project.
