This week I'm feeling like everything is falling into place. I finished up all my analysis of my interviews, and I'm in the process of scheduling my Attribute Value Mapping Workshop. It's nice to be able to start checking things off the list, but I'm still a little nervous about continuing to stay on my timeline. This spring my schedule feels like I have a million different things going on and I'm starting an online course as well, so time management is going to be the key for me over the next couple of weeks. One area that I'm having a little trouble with is getting alignment on times for meetings so we can stay on schedule. My client has a couple other board members that he wants in these important workshops so coordination hasn't been a quick as I would like it to be. I have learned some really valuable lessons on communication and collaboration already on this project for sure.
