Week 3

Last week, I did some research on ways small companies can gain awareness and attention.  Hopefully, this week, I will be able to set up a meeting and work on a charter with the client.  Once we receive confirmation on deliverables and final goals of the project, Jake and I will be able start accomplishing our project objectives.

Week 3 Last week Paul and I worked on getting the project charter approved by our client, as well as the list of qualitative interview questions. She (our client) was very satisfied with our proposed project charter, and is happy to see where we take this project. We should have started calling on interview subjects on Wednesday, but postponed it in case our client wanted to make edits to any further questions. I am now starting to feel a little pressure, realizing that it will be very difficult to get medical professionals to answer our interview questions, and later our survey questions....

week 4 Last week I had our second meeting with my client Jordan. Prior to the meeting, the charter doc was sent out for Jordan and Steve to review and look over. And they also sent me a doc about their current marketing strategies and their expectations of my job.
