Hi everyone!

We are right on track to finish our last interviews before spring break, so this is our last week! In total, we will finish with 41 interviews. I think I have been present for more than half of the interviews, so needless to say I am going to be relieved when we are finished with them.

Last Monday, we met with our contact Tyler to discuss our progress and how he expects us to set up our final presentation to the board. Before we met with him, our group meet a little bit beforehand to make sure that we are on track with gathering insights and analysis. We started to divide the data into groups and really focus on how we want to layout our final report and presentation. When Tyler arrived, he was very pleased with the progress we made in such a short amount of time. We went over what our plans for the analysis/presentation are and have set the final date of our presentation as April 22^nd.

Moving forward, it is starting to become crunch time for us since we have so much data and interviews to go through. My group members have been great and communicative up to this point. Kate has set up and been to almost every single interview. She wanted to make sure that at least someone was aware of each one so that they could notice patterns and be informed about YPO. Now that we are into the analysis phase, the members of the group with full-time jobs who could not make quite as many interviews are starting to be more in-depth with analysis. I am excited and nervous to start wrapping up this project!
