Hi everyone!

We have finally completed the last of our in-person interviews! We have about two more interviews to do over the phone during spring break. We also go to do an interview with our YPO contact, Tyler. It was great being able to get the input of someone who truly knows what our objective is. Now that the interviews are officially over, we are focusing even more on the analysis phase. When we met the last time, we created a list of attributes that we want to convey to YPO. These groupings were created based on trends that we saw during our interviews. We’ve also figured out a way to be able to have these attributes be quantifiable, per the request of our YPO contact. To organize our thoughts, especially with having a larger group, we created an excel spreadsheet that we can all input in. I think the most difficult part for us is going to be having to consolidate all of our data in a way that we can communicate it in our final presentation. Since we have such a large amount of data, it’s going to be a challenge to get our point across as concise as possible. I think that we are planning on having our presentation be an overview and then are going to have our written report be our in-depth analysis for YPO. Our keys for the next couple of weeks as we analyze, create our presentation, and write our report is to be organized and communicate. We need to be clear about dividing up the work between our group and having another proof the job done. We have the date set for our final presentation, so it is crunch time from here on out. I am looking forward to our upcoming classes to see if we are on the right direction and have some additional guidance. Hopefully we can pull it off!
