Hi Everyone,
We completed the minimum of twenty interviews that our client wanted us to achieve. We are now onto a secondary list that will allow us to gather more data and more insights. This week consisted of more interviews. We have also been uploading the recordings to a google drive that also has them transcribed. Tomorrow we are meeting as a group for an hour to make a plan for the coming week on how to begin analyzing all of the data. Our client, Tyler, will meet up with us about an hour after for another check-in with him and to answer any of his questions.
This week I will be attending three interviews, and I believe we have about 5 scheduled all together. I am still so surprised of the great completion rate we have achieved! The members of YPO have been very responsive.
The amount of data we are sitting on right now can be quite intimidating, bit we have some thoughts on how to tackle it and being analyzing everything. The transcriptions from the recordings are going to be extremely valuable and time-saving.
With the semester picking up everyone’s schedules are getting more and more hectic; at least I know mine is. Although everyone is busy, the fast rate we are going at with the interviews will allow us to (hopefully) have that portion of the project completed by spring break. Then after that it will be analyzing our data, then moving onto the final phase of drawing concrete conclusions and recommendations from the data and forming it into a nice presentation for our client.
So far, I am still satisfied with our work up to this point, and I can already tell we are going to have some great recommendations in our final presentation to Tyler.
