Hello everyone,
I am pleased to announce that my first action plan ( CMH's admin database) is ready, one week ahead of schedule. Last week was not the easiest week for me, but I managed to pull through and get everything I needed to get done. I was afraid that I would have to push some deadlines forward on the project timeline as things got a little hectic with other classes but fortunately it did not come to that. Meeting with Dianne last week has also helped me not stress out about that too because with she assured me that with consulting timelines change all the time and that is to be expected because guess what life happens!
Although communication between the client and I has been very limited these past few weeks, I am confident that we are on the same page and that I have all the information I need for this first leg of the project. Right now I am waiting to hear back from her about a possible time to meet this week and discuss my recommendations. For this upcoming week I am hoping to officially start working on the second phase of the project which will be a marketing strategy plan for a proposed fundraising event at the school. I have a couple of ideas already for that and on how I want to tackle this part of the project, so i cannot wait to get started.
