Happy Monday Capstone class! I’m combining Blog Post #8 & 9 because my two weeks were almost identical in the work I did for our Capstone project. We are in the home stretch of this class and I’m starting to feel the pressure of delivering such a big project. My group is working with YPO members to find ways to better their organization. We completed all 40 interviews, which was more than our client originally requested. Then over the last two weeks we finalized the detailed interview notes for each member and started analyzing our data we received. We were able to record all our interviews which was very helpful to be able to go back and really take great notes from the interviews themselves. It was interesting to hear some of the similarities in what people liked about the organization and what the members felt like needed to be changed.
We have our final presentation date set with the client and are now in the final stages of getting the presentation and report together. I’m looking forward to our project review call with Dianne today to finalize the plan on how we can finish this project strong. At this point I think we are on schedule to complete our project without any issues regarding time. Just a couple more weeks until graduation and I’m really looking forward to closing the grad school chapter! Hope everyone has a busy and productive week!
