I had the third round of client meetings last week. Since both Managers wanted different things, I wanted to know for certain what I have to do since time is of the essence and only less than a month to go to turn in all my work. I'm quite certain as to what I have to show one of the managers. Whenever I meet with her, my doubts are cleared and I know exactly what I am supposed to do in the next week. However , the second manager is too hard to work with and after every meeting with him, I leave more confused than ever. And it's very hard to get a hold of him as well. He is in meetings all day and his wants keep changing with the weather.
With this meeting last week, he showed all of us with an example of what he kind of expects in the last presentation. But most of what he showed was out of scope of my Capstone Project,as New Business and Renewal Business does not pertain to the line of businesses that I'm doing and my project spans across a number of years and not just a few months, which matters a lot when we look at the whole thing.
So, I presented to him whatever I have done so far with the Project and how trends can be seen as a whole or throughout the years, using Pivot tables and Pivot charts. So far they have liked it and I'm not sure if they are going to change their minds again. This is the fifth time that I have changed my work according to their needs.
I'm trying to finish this up as much as I can so that I can start working on my presentation.
