Hey Guys,
Happy new month. My project with CMH will be winding down in the next couple of weeks so the remainder of my posts will be focused on work that I have been doing to prepare for my report and final presentation with the client. But to recap on last week, I had a very productive week and overall I'm pleased with what we were able to accomplish. Even though the client has not been able to send the data set I was supposed to work on while she was away on spring break, I decided to move forward with other tasks while I follow-up on what is going on on her end. I reached out to several organisations to get expert interviews for the second phase of the project to accompany all the research that has been gathered. I was able to meet with Meridith Taylor, program director for the Loveland Frogman race as well as schedule time with the organizers of the Loveland Amazing Race. I am still waiting to hear from the organizers of the little Miami Triathlon to schedule a time to meet, but overall very insightful information that will definitely be of great value to the project. I also went through the remainder of the webinars and training's to prepare how-to-documentation.
Last week was also the second and final project review with Dianne. We had a conversation on Tuesday and I walked her through everything that had transpired since the last time we spoke and any concerns I might have had at the time. After talking to Dianne I'm a little more confident that I have done the best with what I was given and even though I had hoped I could do more, at the end of the day it all depends on what the client wants. Dianne gave me a couple of pointers and advise on moving forward and wrapping up the project which I really appreciated. So, from here on we are tying up loose ends and working as efficiently as possible to get the presentation on the books within the next 2 weeks.
All the best everyone!
